Highgrove Guest House is an exclusive, privately owned and managed guest house situated in the upmarket suburb of Morningside, Sandton. This elegant Georgian house is well positioned in a secluded cul de sac and offers guests privacy, comfort and the quietest evenings in Joburg!
Highgrove has been in operation for over 25 years and has been owned and managed by Chris Faraday since its inception in 1998. Chris and his friendly, professional staff are constantly on hand to ensure that you feel right at home in this relaxed and tranquil setting, and that your needs are not only met, but exceeded! The manager, Allison, and housekeepers, Beauty, Oscarine and Pat will make you feel right at home.
Chris and Robyn live on the property and are available to tend to your every need, from arranging a late check in to sorting out a light bulb!

At Highgrove, we believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day! As such, we ensure that our guests have only the best breakfasts, with a variety of choices including homemade fruit salad, homemade granola, free range eggs and organic coffee. Breakfast is served in either the spacious dining room or on the patio overlooking the tranquil garden. Should you have specific dietary requirements (diabetic, vegan, etc), please contact us ahead of time so that we can ensure that your needs are met.
We are conveniently positioned just minutes from the Sandton CBD, the Sandton Gautrain Station, as well as a variety of shopping centres and restaurants, and have easy access to both the N1 and N3 Highways.
In-house transfers can be arranged to both OR Tambo International and Lanseria International, as well as the Gautrain station, your office or anywhere in and around Sandton.

Highgrove is close to both the Rivonia Planet Fitness and the Morningside Virgin Active, and there are several yoga studio's in the area. Guests looking for somewhere safe and convenient to run or walk will find our boomed off neighbourhood streets very appealing, or you can ask us for the residents key which allows you access to a very safe and pretty section of the Sandspruit River.
